EMAPTA will terminate you if your client wants to (even for a petty reason). They won't even listen to you. The job post says " unused leaves are commutable to cash" but the client will force you to use up all your leaves. I even complained to the HR but nah - they will not do anything about this. My client has been toxic all through out. Very very micro-managing. If you have a mistake they will discuss it on a team meeting and will even discuss it you alone for an hour zoom meeting. Good for you if you will be given a kind client
