Pros
I'd like to thank Empata's HR and specifically Arleen Lopena aka (AC), she has been an astounding world-rocking HR for me. Given I'm a foreigner and not exactly familiar with all the complex legal terminologies of Labor and Employment codes, Arleen has been there answering all my queries in absolute professionalism, determination and with pleasure.
That said, I've had some requests such as getting my mother added to my HMO, and given that I'm not a filipino, things seem to have taken a twist, and the process seemed quite hard for me and I almost gave up, surprisingly though, Arleen did a research for me, and walked that extra mile with me to help resolving the matter and indeed she made it possible guiding me through every step of the way.
When my client was procrastinating on responses for approving my christmas leaves, and HR thankfully chased them, as it'd rather come from them than myself.
HR in Emapta are generally helpful and nice, they won't turn you down, they treat you as if they were in your shoes.
They've made a great one-in-million impression for me.
If there's anything Empata HR is, it'd be CARING !! .. They simply do care.
Cons
HR is sometimes busy, they may mistakenly miss out on your shoutouts, so be patient, and gently follow up with them, they do their best to address everyone's concerns.
