      Domestic Business side is still bearable, don't join IMD - International Marketing Division at any cost. - IMD works in silos, disconnect between CEO and MD , thus lack of Clarity - IMD works in 2 teams - either you are in CEO side or either in MD team - Bad Language & Personal comments by CEO & MD - Very huge Disconnect between teams, coordinating is a task -HR doesn't have any power
