Things are starting to turn around in a big way. The management team in place is very strong and it's leading to consistent and impressive results.There are a lot of long standing relationships that are getting better with time and word that eMag is back and on the rise seems to be spreading quickly. Good benefits, competitive salary and lots of room for growth if you're a team player and ready to work.

Things are still tight and at times there is a lot of pressure, however this is true in any smaller sized company.

Pros
Emag has had some challenges in the last few years but it seems like they have the right leadership in place now. 2015 was a promising year for the company. Excellent benefits, great team, ethical leadership and business practices.
Cons
Emag is running lean. This is not so much of a con as a reality within small organizations. The staff are all accountable for their respective duties and the team is very cohesive.
