Great in store management. Good product knowledge from staff enhanced by training. Lots of focus on in-depth sporting advise. Regular loyal customers & relations. Broad range of products.
Cons
Lack of interest from buyers / Head Office in regards what products we would suggest to introduce to the company or our opinions. Products & ranges have been introduced several months (sometimes more) late, when the hype has died down. No reward for long term staff i.e wage increase, higher staff discount etc. Minimum wage. Too much emphasis on footbalance. More products should be given to staff to try (especially footwear) as customers like to hear a feedback & opinion from someone who is wearing (or has worn) shoes. We can learn specs on every shoe, but to recommend via a direct experience with a product definitely would look more genuine.
