      Everyone works well as a team - positivity and friendliness The company is managed well and continues to grow, which also means there are opportunities for progression Everyone is provided with support, in relation to work and also in general General culture is great - not too competitive, not focused on keeping score

      - Amazing access to interesting political figures, journalists, in-house professionals etc internationally - Great team culture - Experienced leadership happy to mentor and develop & promote - Flexibility - Travel opportunities

      - Small team - all great to work with & accessible, but not for someone looking for a big corporate environment

      Pros

      Culture is very entrepreneurial without the intense pressure of most recruitment firms. Love the geopolitical work and speaking to senior political stakeholders. A lot of flexibility, including working from wherever in August and most of December, and hybrid 2/3 policy.

      Cons

      Office is quite small but moving in June, in time for summer!
