A Scary Place to Work - Project Manager Elro Signs Employee Review

If I did not have to relocate to a different state with my family, I would still be happily working for Elro Signs. The majority of my co-workers have been with the company between 10-32 years which speaks volumes. I have witnessed firsthand, how well the company operates by offering the customers only the best high quality end product. Overall, I have really enjoyed working here and have learned a great deal over the course of my employment.

The only Con that comes to mind is if you are looking to work for a large company. Elro Signs is a smaller company, family owned business.

That former employees are starting to expose this “company” for what it truly is.

They are just the middle man. If someone needs a sign - they hire another company to make it - and then don’t pay the company who actually does the work.
