Work For Them If This Is Your Last Option - Project Manager Elro Signs Employee Review

If I did not have to relocate to a different state with my family, I would still be happily working for Elro Signs. The majority of my co-workers have been with the company between 10-32 years which speaks volumes. I have witnessed firsthand, how well the company operates by offering the customers only the best high quality end product. Overall, I have really enjoyed working here and have learned a great deal over the course of my employment.

The only Con that comes to mind is if you are looking to work for a large company. Elro Signs is a smaller company, family owned business.

You have got to be kidding me. Zero pros. None. Zilch.

Where should I start with the cons. Shall we speak of the shady business practices where they don't pay their vendors? Shall we speak of the hidden listening devices around the facility? Shall we speak of the inept management that drops the ball but blames the Project Manager? They cannot keep a warm body in the Atlanta/Marietta office. I'm curious as to who is left?
