Pros
Some talented individual contributors who are doing their best despite the circumstances.
Cons
The primary issue at ELM Street Technology is a complete lack of stability and vision. With four CEOs in four years, the executive leadership is in a constant state of "pivoting." This results in endless projects that are frequently abandoned or changed mid-stream, meaning you never actually see your work reach the finish line. The internal structure is nonexistent. Teams operate in total silos—nobody knows what other departments are responsible for, leading to massive duplication of effort and disjointed results. From an employee perspective, there is zero incentive to stay. Wages are significantly below market rate, and there have been no raises for years. There is no company culture to speak of; no employee events, no team building, and no sense of community. It feels like a revolving door of meaningless tasks with no accountability at the top.
