Staff at this hotel are so toxic. They just talk bad about everyone behind their back. Always blaming others for everything that goes wrong. Gossip is king. Management is useless in dealing with it. They either ignore it or make it worse.

management is great (understand people have lives outside of work), co-workers are great, work in a historical mansion, easy to get sense of pride

Farhi probably still owns the place and he's very picky. They aren't shy to load on the work. I believe there are no benefits.
