- firstly, the time tracker they get you installed is highly irritating and tiring. It requires constant 8 hours of sticking to your laptop even when you don’t have to. So let’s say if you are done with your work or there is a delay from management in providing work, still you need to hover your mouse to the screen because otherwise your 8 hours won’t get completed. They need to change this and learn from other good companies about quality of work and not measurement of time - they only focus on quantity! The company is based on unprofessional and untrained individuals who just completes the target without knowledge - company even have a software for attendance or leaves or salary calculation. You need to do it all manually! They must buy a good software for that.
