Cons
It felt like a bait-and-switch job. They lured me in by telling me that it is a tech support position supporting university and college students and faculty, but they later forced all agents to also take calls regarding financial aid, registration, and other mundane clerical duties. This was never discussed in interviews and if I had known about it I would not have accepted the job. Pay is not very competitive.
