Casual wear allowed. Some people and managers can be great. Potential growth opportunities in the future. Everyday is different. Plenty of nice projects. Flexible schedule, depending on how the project is progressing.
Cons
Below par salary and salary growth. Horrible for juniors and they lack any training program or guidance. They can change your location within the region, this can a be problem within the GTA. Some coworkers can be terrible. The usual office and construction politics. A typical big corporation with the same problems. The juniors are just thrown into the projects with big expectations. The benefits are sub-par.
