-Upper management communicates with other levels of the company -Culture is opposed to micromanaging -Pay is moderate to good -The work is a fair ratio of stimulating stuff to mundane stuff -Good social culture with lots of voluntary interest groups for various causes/hobbies

-Some departments in the company are closed systems, growing very slowly and offering opportunities for advancement also very slowly -In general, the company gives very little to complain about
