Pros
- Big projects, good for resume - Flexible in terms of ways to do your work. Just get it done - Annual performance review (does not mean you will get pay raise) - Great people to work with, but probably depends on the project and team - No strict work hours. Always can leave earlier if needed, or just take day off
Cons
- Work load. But seems like it is common here in construction field - Too flexible with ways to do the work. I'd like to have a bit more structure - Difficult to get pay raise
