Pros
Structured On-boarding: The training program is incredibly thorough. I didn't feel like I was just "thrown in at the deep end"; there is a clear road-map for what success looks like in the first few months. Relationship-Led Approach: Unlike many recruitment firms that are strictly numbers-driven, Ellis genuinely focuses on the consultative side. It’s refreshing to work in an environment where building a network in the SAP/Oracle ecosystem is valued over hitting arbitrary phone-time KPIs. Team Dynamics: Even in my first week, the "Connected" and "Collaborative" values were obvious. The senior consultants are approachable and willing to share their niche knowledge rather than being overly protective of their desks. Perks & Environment: The office vibe is high-energy, and the benefits (like the commission structure and social incentives) are a massive motivator from day one.
