Best avoided - Warehouse Worker Ellis Mather Group Employee Review

Ellis Mather Group is a great company to work for. Everyone is extremely friendly and is very welcoming from the moment I joined. Since joining there have been many opportunities for me to expand my knowledge through online courses which have allowed me to progress my knowledge within design, marketing and the company. Also, since joining there have been added benefits for employees at the company and they are great!

There are no cons to working at the company.

The company adapts to situations very well and puts staff first, changing working conditions to give staff more flexibility and introducing great benefits. The team here is always friendly and positive, it feels like working with friends rather than colleagues. There is always room for improvements and the company is consistently looking to improve as a business and family. The business is always open to ideas from staff on how to progress. They also supply food and drink for staff which is a nice bonus.

Currently, the cons are very minor and wouldn't affect my thoughts on the company.
