Pros

- great colleagues with a lot of outdoor experience -the shop is much better organised than others like S&R or Cotswold. -chance to meet some of the best UK professional climbers like Dave MacLeod, Matt Helliker and many others -good regular product training

Cons

-low payment. especially for how much outdoor knowledge and experience is required - supervisors only get 40p extra with no commission. In the end it works out less so you take more responsibility for less money -even though there is a commission based on sales, it is very low - 0.5% -some of the management members are clueless -at times the shop is understaffed -staff discount and deals are pretty bad and management doesn't allow pro deals from most of the brands. Pretty crappy considering most of us are outdoor people in need of equipment. -staff quits constantly because all the above.

Good company, nice team members. Good management.

Cons

Ski boot fitting can be stressful at times, but main issues were with customers not staff.
