However, based on the information you've provided, it seems there might be some confusion as your review appears to be intended for a different entity and not Elitez.
In Elitez, we follow a 3-month gradual target system for our newcomers, aiming to provide a fair opportunity for performance improvement. Contrary to any misconceptions, we do not have a practice of terminating staff who may not meet their targets within the first month. We believe in offering a reasonable timeframe for growth and development and remain dedicated to supporting our team members' progress.
Understanding the challenge of work-life balance, Elitez adopts a Work-Life Integration approach (read more here https://www.elitez.asia/about-us/), granting our employees autonomy in managing their time as long as set KPIs are met. Additionally, our hybrid working model allows most of our employees to work remotely, accommodating various work styles. In response to concerns regarding staff isolation, we regularly organize team catch-ups to foster better communication and teamwork.
