      Pros

      Pay is good and huge incentives. Some of the staff is also good and supportive.

      Cons

      Its a kind of family company, where every other employee is a family member to either owner or to any associate of the company. HR Policies are poor. Create unnecessary pressure over employee's for making sales or they will fire you.

      Pros

      Commission payout is immediate and that's it.

      Cons

      Zero management hierarchy No planning for work Lot of discrepancy by the senior team to hide revenues so as to avoid paying employee commissions No long term prospects for growth in company Almost 70% of the team has left the company in the last 6 months due to issues with the managing director
