      Pros

      "growth opportunities" but really it just means you do multiple jobs for only one jobs pay

      Cons

      Poorly run properties, management is terrible, support nonexistent. Some of the worst. Harassment abounds everywhere only their gms and owners are taken care of.

      Pros

      This is a great environment to work in and always has room for advancement with other companies and there is a lot of cross training that can help.

      Cons

      This job requires a lot of standing and lifting. Sometimes events are very strenuous and last at least 12 or 13 hour shifts.
