Managers are passionate and willing to help with your needs. I recently had some personal stuff come up and needed a day off with super short notice. My manager was willing to help me and make it happen. They are incredibly helpful and willing to help.

Sometimes the managers aren’t reaching out to you to make sure you’re needs are being met. When you reach out to them they are always willing to help and are willing to go out of their way after you reach out to them.
