Management, management, management. It all starts at the top. Our Owner and President are kind and gentle but firm and believe in rewarding exceptional work. They are great listeners and truly want their employees to enjoy themselves and be part of a family while working there. There is no stress (doesn't sound true, I know, but it is). No walking on shells and no jekyll and hyde behaviors here like I have experienced with past positions. Everyone is kind and respectful and all are treated like adults. (What a concept, huh?) I look forward to going to work everyday!

Most of the Orange County friends I have I made at Eliant. The CEO was a very impressive and generous person. His enthusiasm was contagious and very positive.

I worked for the Apartment market research department and after five years of trying my best to manage a verbally abusive and violent supervisor I left with a heavy heart.Before making that decision I repeatedly spoke to the HR person, and during quarterly meetings the subject of bullying was delicately broached by the CEO and COO; but my supervisor was not personally confronted.
