      The management is very kind and understanding. If you like working with kids, it's fun.

      Cons

      Not enough hours. Not enough staff sometimes. No benefits. Literally if I could do full-time with benefits I would be so happy.

      I love the people I work with and the company's mission. My team is very strong in what they do. I also love the flexibility and opportunities for growth here.

      Cons

      Pay could be higher and there's chaos amongst senior leadership.
