      Pros

      Part time hours: able to spend time with family and friends to achieve acceptable work/life balance.

      Cons

      Part time hours: Not every professional in my position is able to have a consistent schedule. Additionally, you may be required to work more than part time hours (not uncommon for me to work 50). I get paid hourly so I am not working for free but I do not the receive benefits that I would if I were a full time employee.

      Flexible hours and scheduling, very fair policies. Pay was good for an entry level job.

      I love the people I work with and the company's mission. My team is very strong in what they do. I also love the flexibility and opportunities for growth here.

      Cons

      Pay could be higher and there's chaos amongst senior leadership.
