      No communication Expects us to play “elevo games” that the kids dont like and are overall boring Makes every single game or activity about learning something they never have free time

      I love the people I work with and the company's mission. My team is very strong in what they do. I also love the flexibility and opportunities for growth here.

      Pay could be higher and there's chaos amongst senior leadership.
