      The people I worked with were very friendly - especially in field ops

      Cons

      very low pay compared to industry standards. They overwork their employees. They provide company trips such as Hawaii to boost morale and team bonding but most likely used it as a tax benefit.

      Flexible hours and scheduling, very fair policies. Pay was good for an entry level job.

      Pros

      I love the people I work with and the company's mission. My team is very strong in what they do. I also love the flexibility and opportunities for growth here.

      Cons

      Pay could be higher and there's chaos amongst senior leadership.
