Pros

I feel genuinely lucky to work here. The team is made up of incredibly smart, driven people operating at a very high level. We work with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced environment that’s intense but never chaotic, thanks to strong organisation and clear processes. There's a real commitment to transparency and continuous improvement: open Slack channels encourage learning in public and async workflows are embraced. Leadership consistently seeks fairness, especially when it comes to designing thoughtful, competitive compensation packages. It's a culture that pushes you to grow while being supported by truly world-class teammates. There's a tremendous amount of flexibility around working hours, which is incredibly valuable as a working parent.

Cons

There are the expected growing pains that come with rapid scaling and a lean team but leadership is aware and actively investing in the People & Talent team to support sustainable growth.

Thank you for sharing this in such depth. Your "I feel lucky to be here" headline from a working parent, alongside notes on comp fairness, flexibility around hours, and the open Slack and async culture, is the kind of review that gives us something to live up to. Your advice on keeping the bar high to protect zero-ego ownership is what we want to keep at top of mind. Thank you for the warm review. ElevenLabs Talent Team

Pros

I love the whole vibe of the company, it’s fast paced but not in an insane way, but in a motivating way.

Cons

It’s contracted, would be nice to be benefited, but honestly overall, very happy.

Pros

High inbound volume, name carries weight with customers

Cons

Pay is below market and equity for GTM is basically nothing Sales is treated like a necessary evil, you feel it constantly Comp plans expect a never ending stream of hype that will fall apart at the first bump in the road Agents product is falling behind and models are commoditizing fast
