Small company so minimal office growth

The free health care is an awesome benefit of course but aside from that, they are just great people to work with. From day one everyone has been so kind and caring. Always willing to extend a helping hand and that's from the P and VP of the company on down to the onsite staff. Compared to other companies I've worked with I can say they are at the top of my list of great employers.

It's a smaller company and there are many things that other companies do that they haven't gotten to yet. My take away from that is opportunity, growth and job security. Things that were very hard for me to find elsewhere.
