Pros

-Paycheck -Biweekly pay -That’s it.

Cons

I’ve only been employed there a short while, but I would already like to look for another job. The training is the worst you will come across. You are fed so much information in 3 weeks but learn nothing about the workflow for your position, so you will have to essentially teach yourself everything when you transition into your actual teams. However, then the focus becomes all about working as many accounts as you can, so you will have to deal with learning as you go, but also dealing with a manager who will be pressuring you to work cases quickly. It becomes extremely stressful and leads to burnout very early on. And don’t even get me started on the workload….it is completely ridiculous. The insane amount of work and knowledge that you have to have does NOT balance out with the pay rate. They really need to increase the pay for this position. I’ve heard the turnover rate is high and it does not surprise at all. It is sink or swim.

Pros

Working remote flexibility with hours and time

Cons

You are micromanaged like you never been micromanage before. It feels like new age slavery. They will write you up for being one second pass your work time. I think the supervisors spend all their day looking for something to write employees up about. I had a serious emergency need to go to ER ASAP. My supervisor said yeah go ahead take care of yourself, your health is more important. When you get back with a doctor's note in hand that states you need to be out for a two- three more days. Once you're back you will get written up. They do not what they say they're going to do. Supervisors backstab and retaliate bad. They have a 3-point attendance system and paychex for clocking in/out errors. And they will tell you, you won't get wrote up, a week later you're written up for the most ridiculous and minor things. Only apply at if it's your last resort. Also, you only receive a 50 cent increase per year, if you're lucky.
