      Having completed 10 years at Elevate K-12, I can confidently say it has been a deeply rewarding journey marked by continuous learning and growth. A culture that values collaboration, transparency, and accountability, with teams that genuinely support one another. I am grateful to the many colleagues and leaders I have collaborated with over the past decade, whose partnership and support have been integral to my professional growth at Elevate K-12. There is a strong sense of purpose in the work we do, knowing it contributes meaningfully to students, educators, and partner schools.

      Work can be fast paced during peak periods, which may require extreme flexibility and adaptability.

      I can't think of a single one. It was an easy gig to get?

      Based in India and operated according to Indian corporate norms. That should be enough to drive anyone away. It's an absolute farce of a company. They want to pay minuscule amounts of money for high-quality curriculum. The curriculum writer is, effectively, an instructional designer with full teaching qualifications and teaching experience (often in multiple states), but the pay is absolute garbage. The systems are also incredibly confusing because no one seems to want to pay for a workable, user-friendly interface.
