Relaxed atmosphere overall, and most employees tend to stay focused on their own work. Therapists are paid hourly when there are gaps in bookings, depending on schedule availability. The franchise owners seemed to genuinely care and did their best to keep the business running smoothly.

Compensation structure can feel inconsistent when client volume is low. In my experience, workplace communication and management style created stress that affected team dynamics and overall morale.
