Getting to see the solar industry and how fast it can be in residential. Lots of potential for overtime. Smaller jobs have more accurate deadlines.

Poorly estimated deadlines. Hard push to get the jobs done on time. Crews unable to achieve deadline on larger jobs. Overtime can cause installers to work in the dark. Asking for safety gear may not result in receiving it until weeks later.
