Management is Psychotic - Anonymous employee Element Care Employee Review

Patients are coddled unbelievably. They are trained to be useless and do nothing for themselves. Management is so out of touch with what happens at ADH. They don't listen or know what goes on. They make up a solution that just makes things worse, for employees and patients. They are clueless to what their employees actually do Day to Day and there is no appreciation for how hard employees work. Corporate likes to cut costs everywhere, even in the most needed areas. They talk down to the people who work the hardest.
