Pros
Good products and good mission to cure cancer. It used to have good work-life balance, good working culture but not anymore.
Cons
Constant re-orgs and lay off for cost cutting. No direction for the company on the senior management side. Current employees are in fear when they'd hit next.
The company does not have bonus or RSUs, nor the most competetive salary, the only good part was work culture and stability and now thats also gone. Why would anyone join the company?
