Visibility into Leadership: Executives are accessible and open about company direction. Less Bureaucracy: Things move quickly. Less red tape than a large multinational firm. Exciting Technology Focus: Electrosoft is investing in emerging technologies and cutting-edge cybersecurity areas, which makes the work interesting and forward-looking.

Not necessarily a con; this is a (relatively) smaller firm and that requires more flexibility. In the current GovCon landscape, successful contractors will need to deliver more with less resources. Conversely, though, there is opportunity to take on new challenges and your performance is amplified within a smaller org.
