7yThank you for your feedback. It's regretful that you felt your work wouldn't be recognized or ever lead to a promotion. As a 30-year firm, we have consistently hired and promoted determined, proactive and collaborative team-players who have the same end goals in mind on each project, which is to always do their very best work. We have had employees who, through sheer determination and excellent performance, moved up in the ranks from entry level technicians to director-level leaders. This has been evident in almost every department, from installations to accounting, and it's truly unfortunate you felt this wasn't a possibility for you.
We also pride ourselves in being able to successfully deliver on our projects in difficult situations. The sheer nature of our work can, of course, be stressful on our team but we have always pulled together to give our clients a wonderful experience. We certainly should do more to celebrate our successes (aside from the company parties and team gathering events that we sponsor) and we will work towards this end, so that everyone's hard work and persistence feels appreciated. Performance evaluations are done on an annual basis for our staff and we are working towards completing these in a more timely fashion. But overall, our culture of collaboration is one that has taken many years to develop and your feedback will only help make us better. Thank you and we wish you the best in the future.
