A lot of good will and great ambition to become better.... Still quite a journey ahead but there's a lot of genuine commitment to make the company a great place to work. Flexible working culture, a lot of trust by the manager A lot of opportunity to contribute, make a difference and develop Great guiding principles - very progressive and very inviting to new comers, also very aspirational for current, long-tenured employees
Cons
A big baggage to carry, which make change & transformation process difficult but a lot of efforts have been put forward and it's getting more apparent that we are going to succeed in driving the much needed change
