The people you work with are a standout feature creating a positive, supportive and fun team environment. Electro Automation offers stable full time and part time roles and are always open to listening to employees opinions. There is accessibility to the Senior management team which is not found in other companies.
Cons
No company is perfect and while Electro Automation is evolving patience is needed with growth and the implementation of new policies and procedures which can not all happen at once.
