ElectraLink is genuinely ahead of competitors in the energy and tech industries for work-life balance and culture. Benefits are great, salaries are good (with annual pay review), processes tend to work well, colleagues are friendly and helpful, management is quite transparent, and programmes to improve EDI and carbon impact are well underway. Annual financials are also strong which means happy Board, management and bonus figures. CEO values new approaches and accountability, and leads by example on both.
Cons
Change is super fast due to an uncertain energy market. On occasion, employees leave suddenly without much explanation. Turns out they are let go (with compensation) due to a sudden change in resource needs. Definitely some planning and communication improvements to make around this phenomenon.
