      - Highly unstructured environment (as you can expect with a startup) - Founders need to be a little strict (they are very freindly)

      Dynamic startup culture with a lot of exposure and responsibility early on. Supportive and approachable leadership team that encourages ideas and feedback. A steep learning curve — great for developing skills in sourcing, sales, supply chain, and negotiations. Young and energetic team environment.
