Good company - Hospice RN Case Manager Elara Caring Employee Review

Flexible hours and very reasonable pay

I am a new employer so I do not find any cons as of yet

Field staff is good, especially the home health aides. Most of the nurses as well. Medical Directors are thorough.

Local management is poor. Bad communication, short staffed, take patients that live alone in bad situations with no plan for future care. Disasters waiting to happen. Employee well being is poor. No recognition for things you right or patient/ satisfaction. Nurses don’t get adequate time with patients. I
