      The first few days can be a bit chaotic to organize your times, but then you adapt and pick up the pace without problem

      Pros

      You have lots of benefits, from work from home, to wellbeing programs and the culture of the company is always positive with lots of feedback to be better at what you do. Also, if you would like to certificate in a specific matter, you can propose the certification to you leader and they will most likely aproove it.

      Cons

      I wish I could get together with the company more often, but since I work in another country I can't do it so frequently.
