We appreciate your honest feedback and we really understand the frustration. We certainly hear you about our company being understaffed and we are working hard to make sure that by hiring more people, there’s less pressure on everyone. While we are hiring employees, we understand your position was especially difficult given the number of people in that department at the time. That said, this position in particular can be high stress, high reward since it is a client facing sales position. We welcome any feedback for improving our process. It’s worth noting that the ISA department is new and we’re still working the kinks out. Your criticism of forced registration is valid, however, it is currently a very standard practice in the real estate industry. We’ve made several major moves in this area in the past couple years, including ending forced registration on organic traffic and the ads we run for our clients homes. We feel requiring registration on those ads would prevent people interested in sharing those homes from doing so, which is a disservice to our clients. There are many older contacts that came into our system through this method since our broker has been in business for over 27 years and while we do still use forced registration in many instances, we are in the process of phasing that out in favor of inbound marketing strategies. The practice of “cold calling” is outdated and inefficient, and in this day an age can lead to the decrease of answer rates or complete blocking by phone carriers. While we hope this allegation is false, we encourage any info to be sent to hello@elamre.com. We do not believe in calling people that have not expressed interest in real estate. Thank you again for the feedback and please send us your suggestions. -Best wishes, ERE management
