Uneducated leaders, Bad company structurer, No End of service paid.

Salary is always on time, friendly staff but not management, kinda easy to talk to other departments when needed

Low salaries, not being appreciated, not being able to address the wrongs and faults in some departments, always looking for the worst and not appreciate the good that happens, lack of communication sometimes, the arrogance from one of the owners
