Small Company Hard to find your place - IT Director El Rey USA Meats & Seafood Employee Review

I like working with everyone here. Most people are very nice, they are all hard working and keep drama to a minimum.

Need some structure and SOPs that are monitored and completed on a regular basis. Everyone knows there job and does it well, but the knowledge needs to be documented and shared with new staff.

Pay was okay in my opinion
