Pros
The only pro I can think of is building a resume. To be honest, there are much better options to do so.
Cons
This company is in dire need of a major leadership overhaul. Managers consistently belittle employees and blame them for their own mistakes. They are unrelenting and unapologetic, even after being called out time and time again. When managers are told to correct their behavior, they openly mock their superiors.
However, the bad leadership in this company trickles down from the very top. The owner is surrounded by yes men who don't tell the owner the truth about what goes on in his own business or tell him no for fear of being fired on the spot. Employees are forced to ignore basic ethics (and worse from a standpoint of landlord tenant law).
I could go on for ages with examples of the blatant disregard for employee well-being and basic morals, but in short, it's not worth it. This company has an absolutely unacceptable attrition rate for a reason. I worked with many fantastic individuals, they can and have done better since I worked with this company, and so can you.
