Micro managed and hostile/threatening upper management - Manager Eklund's Employee Review

Upper management but mainly the owner is threatening about quotas, satisfaction of customers (out of employees hand who has been lied to internally and passed that misled information into the customer), very little training before being thrown out to the wolves. Coerced by threats to wear multiple hats from project management to delivery person. Required to be a single PM for entire regions and then not answering calls, emails, etc. by internal employees because customers have called you unable to reach anyone at upper management. They screen their calls and when they know the call of about something negative, they ignore every way of communication. That tells you something when your own company doesn’t even answer the employees calls.
