some of the staff had opportunity for hybrid work Work life balance at least for entry level positions
Cons
Company is run by old boys club who are unimaginative and inefficient in the way they are running the company There are empty promises of growth and opportunities but in reality company could not afford to promote or even pay bonuses There has been a big issue of micro-managing; new ideas are not welcome at all and employees are not allowed to have any flexibility at all
