Pros

In 3.5 years I was able to grow my career from an individual contributor to a Sales Director, I was offered a ton of support (both in my role and in my personal life), I learned a lot from great leaders, I was challenged and was able to contribute to the company in ways that meant something to the organization. The people here are passionate about their space and technology. They are always striving to break into new territory with the solution in a market that can be congested. If you are looking for a good sales opportunity that will provide a challenge, growth and a great team, you will find it here.

Cons

Hard market with a ton of competition. Need to be able to adapt to change which is sometimes viewed negatively however is normal to those who understand that change is not always a bad thing.

Pros

Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

Cons

No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
